Shelter England / Scotland

Thousands of children in Britain don’t have a place to call home. We want to change this, and we need your help. All you have to do is bake, build and sell a delicious gingerbread house to raise money for Shelter

Bake it, Build it, Sell it

Resources

However you decide to get your class involved, we're here to help. From lesson plans and curriculum links to guides on kitchen safety and getting parents on-side, we've got everything you need to get going!

In the classroom

As a busy teacher, we know you've probably got a lot on your mind. So we've tried to make things a bit easier by identifying learning opportunities and linking activities to both the English and Scottish curriculum.

While these are lesson plans, they'd work just as well for youth groups. Please feel free to use them for any activities with young people you have planned.
